She's Manatsu's mother and Taiyo's wife who works at the Aozora Aquarium after moving to Aozora City for a job outside of her home island. She is supportive to her daughter who later moved to the same city to get into school. This is from Episode 16 where she explained that she doesn't have time to paint her fingernails due to her busy schedule but at least got time to paint her toenails to make them fashionable.
